We all have change - extra change we don't know what to do with. Why not put that extra change to good use? Change for God's Children is a way to do just that.
At every David Church concert, you will find a "Change for God's Children" donation jar. At the end of the concert, the jar may be filled with pennies, or with dollars - and all are gratefully accepted on behalf of those in our communities who are less fortunate.
The extra change that you don't miss may purchase a bouquet of spring flowers for someone's grandmother who is frightened and alone in a hospital or nursing home. Extra pennies may add up to an amount which is enough to shop for groceries for someone who is disabled - and maybe allow enough for a sweet treat for a needy child.
So if you have an extra 50 cents, a dollar, or even a few dollars, please consider making a donation to Change for God's Children, an organization that doesn't have employees, overhead, where one hundred percent of the change so graciously given is used to help those in need.
